My goal is to develop a new generation of baseball players by blending "New School" ideas (data, analytics, and baseball tech), with "Old School" teachings. Every player needs different things, so I never take a cookie cutter approach to coaching. Everyone learns in different ways so I adapt my coaching style based on what the players' needs are.

Six years of experience working for 4 professional baseball organizations.

One year as Hitting Coach in the Frontier League, one year as Minor League Development Coach, one year as a Data Assistant, three years as a Player Development Intern specializing in video and baseball technologies.

One year of college coaching at the D2 Junior College Level.

Seven years of coaching High School Baseball in Chicago.

A part of three Minor League Championships teams.
